Cynthia GrayPreschool Teacher
Cynthia Gray
holds a Bachelor's degree from Purchase College and a Master's degree from Long Island Univeristy, C.W. Post Campus. Her recent educational expeirence includes working with Head Start in Hudson, NY and teaching art at Taconic Hills High School. Cynthia brings a creative teaching background to Mountain Road School as well as warmth, patience and enthusiasm. Cynthia states, "A child’s first preschool program is often a big first step toward fostering independent friendships and relationships outside of their immediate family circle. Being a parent myself, I understand the changes that take place during the first year of preschool. I hope to help you and your child make the change as smoothly as possible. I will offer a caring and nurturing environment for your child, where he or she can explore new friends and their world in a gentle and noncompetitive environment."
